Refund Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Practicum offers Monthly, Semester (every 4 months), and Yearly subscriptions. This policy explains how billing and refunds work.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Canceling does not refund the current already-paid period.
14-day refund window on your first purchase
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial (first) purchase. Just ask within those 14 days and we'll refund that charge in full.
Subscription renewal charges are not eligible for the 14-day refund and are non-refundable. After the 14-day window has passed on the initial purchase, that charge becomes non-refundable as well, and we don't issue prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation — your access remains active through the end of the paid period. Additional situations such as duplicate charges, technical issues that prevent you from using the app, or refunds required by applicable consumer-protection law are handled by us on a case-by-case basis.
Who you're buying from
Practicum (Tyler Sullivan) is the seller and merchant of record for all orders. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor — Stripe handles your card details, but the sale, invoicing, applicable taxes, and support are ours. Charges appear on your statement under our billing descriptor.
How to request a refund
Email us at Practicum.AI.Training@gmail.com from the address you used to subscribe, and tell us which charge you'd like refunded. We'll confirm and process eligible refunds back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. You can also cancel or view your billing details from your account.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
