Refund Policy
Last updated: July 26, 2026
Practicum offers Monthly, Semester (every 4 months), and Yearly subscriptions. This policy explains how billing and refunds work.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Canceling does not refund the current already-paid period.
14-day refund window on your first purchase
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial (first) purchase. Just ask within those 14 days and we'll refund that charge in full.
Subscription renewal charges are not eligible for the 14-day refund and are non-refundable. After the 14-day window has passed on the initial purchase, that charge becomes non-refundable as well, and we don't issue prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation — your access remains active through the end of the paid period. Additional situations such as duplicate charges, technical issues that prevent you from using the app, or refunds required by applicable consumer-protection law are handled on a case-by-case basis by our payment provider, Paddle.
How to request a refund
Practicum's payments are processed by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund or view an invoice, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used to purchase your subscription. You can also contact us at Practicum.AI.Training@gmail.com and we'll help route your request.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us or Paddle first — we're happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
