Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what's allowed and what's not allowed when using Practicum. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive activity on or through Practicum.
• Enter real, identifiable client information into sessions, custom scenarios, or progress notes. The AI clients are fictional — real client data must never be entered. Use anonymized or invented details instead.
• Attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, prompt-inject, or otherwise misuse the AI to produce harmful, illegal, sexual, exploitative, or otherwise policy-violating content.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, probe, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, prompts, models, or internal workings of the app or its AI systems.
• Resell, sublicense, share, or provide unauthorized access to your account, credentials, or subscription.
• Circumvent usage limits, the free trial, or subscription entitlement checks — for example, by creating multiple accounts to bypass the weekly free-session cap, or by tampering with client-side controls.
• Upload malware, run automated attacks, or otherwise attempt to disrupt, overload, or degrade the service or its infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any institution, program, or organization.

Not for clinical use

Practicum is a practice tool for graduate students. It is not therapy, not clinical supervision, not a crisis or suicide-prevention service, and not a system of record for any clinical setting. Do not use it to conduct, document, or supplement actual client care.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or termination of your account. Depending on severity, we may act without prior notice — for example, in cases involving illegal content, security threats, or attempts to enter real client data. Termination for violation of this policy does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, consistent with our Refund Policy.

Reporting a violation

If you believe someone is violating this policy, or you've encountered content or behavior that concerns you, please report it to Practicum.AI.Training@gmail.com. Include as much detail as you can (what happened, when, and any relevant screenshots or references) so we can investigate.
